Mandate Objectives

The City of Saint-Jérôme needed a website that would testify to the strength of Saint-Jérôme as the capital of the Laurentians, and that would modernize its service offer. The goal was to revamp the user experience (UX) and the site’s tree structure entirely to make it easier and more effective for citizens to find information online.

Solution

Among the solutions implemented, we developed a high-precision search module extending to PDFs. We also built a high-performance interactive map showing the collection sectors, various districts and the City’s services and activities. These optimizations were launched to provide an intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient user experience. Thanks to its new responsive site, the City of Saint-Jérôme has successfully taken a digital turn regarding its online services.
